Her high school graduation was from Chelsea in Chelsea, and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran in the field of manicuring who has not ever been content with just regular nail polish. Her organic, healthful style and determination to create nails that are in vibrant colors have always stood out. Angel Williams, who has been a Manicurist in New York for over 16 years is well-known for her attention to the smallest of details. She has a great record on commercial and editorial shoots as well runway shows for fashion. Angel also has a celebrity clientele.
